3-Year Limited Warranty

Professional Training products include a 3-year limited warranty, from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a key, switch, or other component fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Virtual Controller Supply will repair or replace the keyboard at its discretion.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, including worn or faded keycap legends, scratches, discoloration, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to liquids, or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Virtual Controller Supply for warranty service. Virtual Controller Supply will cover return shipping of repaired or replacement products within the United States.
